Counselling is an opportunity for you to have all the space and time you need to say exactly how you feel about anything that is important to you.
I will listen, be supportive and understanding without judgement. Through talking you will begin to understand yourself more clearly, feel more positive and be able to make the decisions and changes you choose for your own life.

Individual Counselling face to face - Fees £40 per 50 mins
Couple counselling face to face - £60 per 50 mins
